Claude Gmail is a private tool used only by its owner, on Gmail accounts the owner controls.

What it accesses

With the owner's permission, granted through Google sign-in, it reads, labels and drafts email in the owner's own Gmail accounts.

Where data goes

Sign-in tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer. Email content is processed on demand to answer the owner's own requests. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
